Tori's Pampered Pets offers a variety of grooming services that fit all your needs.  There are a few things that you must be informed about to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for you and your pet. 

 

All clients are required to:

• Sign a pet grooming declaration/consent form.

• Show proof of current vaccination (Rabies).

• Inform us of all known medical problems, allergies, etc.

• Inform us of any changes to your pet's health & behavior.

• Inform us if your pet has any aggressive tendencies, we do not take aggressive pets.

*IF YOU FAIL TO FILL OUT THE BOOKING QUESTIONS, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.*

NOTE:  Owners should not feed their pet 2 hours prior to their appointment and ensure their animals are toileted.  A pet with a full stomach and/or bowel/bladder will find the grooming process very uncomfortable. Also pricing varies based on pets condition and or if they have a double coat. Please be mindful that all grooms range from 2-4 hours. You will be contacted when groom is finished.

For All Appointments:   It is very important to arrive on time for your appointment. To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.  Please call If you’re arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment.  If you don’t call about late arrival, we will assume you’re not coming and will contact you to reschedule.Your appointment is not locked in until you send shot records 24 hours before your appointment if not unfortunately your appointment will be canceled. If you are offered an earlier appointment time and choose to come earlier than your original appointment, your original appointment is no longer available due to the time slot filling up. A $25 no show fee will be billed to you for the missed appointment this also applies for clients who did not send shot records and had to be canceled, after two no shows you will no longer be able to book with Tori Pampered Pets. If you have multiple pets the no show fee will be multiplied based on how many pets you had. If you would not like to pay the no show fee you will be fired. If you do not send your shot records the day before your appointment you will be canceled. All appointments get a grace period of 10 minutes to arrive, once 10 minutes hit there will be a $15 late fee added to your total(For example, If you have an 8:30 appointment and arrive at 8:40 the late fee is applied). If you have multiple pets that are late your late fee will be $20. If you exceed your 10 minute grace period and would still like to come in, you are now considered a "squeeze in" and will now have a fee of $25. After your first hour late picking up your pet there will be a $15 late fee, after your first hour late every minute will be a $1 added.(For example five minutes after first hour late will be $5). During pick-up, we strongly encourage you to schedule your next appointment, as we fill up quickly especially around the holidays. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

Accidents: There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is sharp, even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc. In most cases this can happen when a pet is wiggling or moving around. Every effort will be made to ensure your pet is groomed as safely as possible.  Our first concern is for the welfare of your pet, so in the event of injury, illness or medical problem, a Veterinarian may be sought. All related costs will be at the owner's expense; therefore we recommend all clients maintain adequate medical insurance for their pet.

 

Aggressive or Dangerous Pets: Owners MUST inform Tori's Pampered Pets, if your pet(s) may bite, have bitten, or shows signs of aggression towards people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. Tori's Pampered Pets reserves the right to refuse/stop services for pet(s) at any time if there are any signs of unmanageable aggression, anxiety or other anti-social tendencies, before or during the grooming process. This is for the pet’s safety, as well as for the groomer’s safety.  In such an event, the owner will be contacted immediately and asked to collect their pet and will be charged for what was done. Under no circumstances will Tori’s Pampered Pets accept sedated or aggressive pets.

Health and Senior Dogs:  Health/Medical Problems or Senior Dogs Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful especially for a senior dog or dogs with health problems. Because of this, grooming can expose hidden medical problems as well as aggravate a current one, whether it be during or after the groom. Because senior dogs and dogs with health problems have a greater risk of injury, these dogs will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort as Tori’s Pampered Pets will not compromise any dog's health and/or well-being to achieve “the perfect groom”. The dog owner will advise Tori’s Pampered Pets of any medical, physical, emotional issues, allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to prior surgeries, hip and/or joint issues, warts, moles, ear infections or skin problems. The owner will also inform Tori’s Pampered Pets of new conditions as they arise. Tori’s Pampered Pets will not be responsible for accident or injury to an elderly or health-compromised pet during their grooming. By signing the consent form, the owner is stating that Tori’s Pampered Pets has permission to groom their senior dog and has discussed any and all (past and present) health problems.

Fleas/Ticks:  If fleas are found on your pet, it is Tori's Pampered Pets policy to give a flea bath at an additional cost from $15 - $30 based on how infested. We will notify you if possible. This cost covers the special shampoo; time and extra clean up to insure no fleas or ticks are active in our spa. Flea shampoo kills the fleas on the pet, if fleas are in the home/pet area, the flea shampoo will not protect the pets(s) from them once they leave the unit.
 

Matted Coats:  In the event of severely matted/overgrown coats and a shave down is needed, there will be an extra charge from $20 - $40 based on the size of your pet. Owner should be aware that irritation might occur from the shaving process.  These mats tend to be located very close to the skin, around the ears, neck, armpits and groin. The owner agrees that Tori’s Pampered Pets will not be held liable for any after grooming effects or problems uncovered on a severely matted or neglected coat. We do what's best for the pet.This treatment is not routine and your pet may look very different afterwards. Please be aware that your groom may not be perfect (may not be your desired style). We will at all times seek the owner's consent before carrying out any such grooming procedure. But in any event the owner doesn't respond or answer calls we will proceed with the groom.

 

Desired Styles:  Specific styles such as skirts, pom pom's etc, will be an extra fee that can range from $25-$35 based on the size of your pet.(For example small dogs will be $25 and large dogs will be $35). Every effort will be made to groom your pet to meet your expectations.  However it must be made clear, no guarantees can be made in this regard. In any case you find something with the groom that you would like to be fixed, you have up to 2 days after grooming appointment for it to be fixed at no cost. At Tori’s Pampered Pets, we accept no responsibility if a particular cut can't be achieved according to instructions of the owner.  Sometimes if the hair is too short, It may take several grooming sessions for the coat to grow to desired style. NO REFUNDS.

Photo/Media:  Your pet may be photographed and/or video recorded before, during and after its session. These images may be used on our website, social media pages, advertisements, etc., unless you specifically request us not to do so. Any such opt-out request must be detailed in writing, and submitted to us at time of your pet's appointment.
