A Message From Tori:  Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, my top priority is providing a safe clean environment for my clients, all while providing great service in maintaining the health and well-being of our precious pups.  I have put in place safety measures to protect both client and staff.  We at Tori's Pampered Pets have taken every measure to make sure that all dog grooming areas are thoroughly sanitized.  Staff members are instructed to wear face masks and gloves and thoroughly clean all surfaces and grooming stations between each groom.  I want to thank you so much for your patience as we move forward with this new normal.

 

Clients:  Our number one priority is your safety as clients.  To make the process as smooth as possible and with the least amount of contact, we will collect all new and updated shot records through email or text at least 24hours after booked appointment.  Also, the drop-off and pick-up process will look a little different (shown below).

Payment For Services:  Payment options are: Cash, Cash App, Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX), Payments can be collected at vehicle upon pick-up or you can pay by invoice, sent to you by email or text. Please let us know your preference.
